Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. |Brief Description: Upon termination or resignation of the director, an acting director must be immediately named by the licensee. The appointment of the acting director must be shared with the Office by the next day of business. A permanent director must be on-site within ninety days.|

|Brief Description: All buildings used for day care centers must remain in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Fire Code and Building Code of New York State or other applicable fire and building codes when the Fire Code and Building Code of New York State is not applicable.|
|Brief Description: The program must obtain a written statement from the parent of each infant in care setting forth the breast milk, formula and feeding schedule instructions for the infant and must be updated as changes are made.|
|Brief Description: Each infant and toddler must be removed from the crib, playpen or cot and held or placed in an appropriate chair for feeding.|
|Brief Description: The Office shall perform a criminal history record check regarding any owner, employee, caregiver or volunteer of a child day care center, small day care center, school-age child care program, group family day care home, or family day care home, as defined in Part 413.2, and any person age eighteen or over residing on the premises of a group family day care home or family day care home which is to be licensed or registered.|
