Violation Observed: Ensure that approved sleeping equipment is provided for each child as required. Ensure a mat a minimum of 1 inch thick is provided for every child that naps at the center. On the day of the inspection 3 children were observed sleeping in sleeping bag (not equipped with a zipper) when they need a mat as per the manual of requirements.

On the day the inspection observation indicated that the tables were not washed and the staff used a Lysol wipe to wipe down the table. The table did not remain wet for 4 minutes as indicated by the manufacturer when using the product to disinfect.
