I work for Anthony[Guy)Smith as a PCA. His waiver has not shopped for him in 2-3 weeks. He doesn't have milk, Bread, eggs.He was out of milk for 2 weeks. Last week I told them to get milk. They did but when I came to work yesterday there was no milk. They're supposed to be taking care of him.
