information.) Upstairs were unlocked because I was following the guidelines of the previous licensure, stairs were double gated. A gate at the bottom of stair and gate on the landing, preventing anyone form access to upstairs. Laundry room had a slide lock being used as the only children present were my grandchildren 4 months and 14 months, they are not going to open a slide lock that is several feet off the floor. |
