This place should be shut down. If you care about your child, please do not send them here! The owner does not give two sh*ts about the children or families all she sees is dollar signs, Each child is a number to her. She is sweet as pie when touring and before your through the door and once you're in the doors she will ignore your questions and concerns. The management is just as bad. The staff is not trained properly and do not have the qualifications to work with children. The management will hire anyone off the street to care for your child. There are staff members who are aggressive towards children such as grabbing them by the arms, pushing them, yelling at them, calling the children names and swearing at the children. The children are forced to play in dirt due to lack of toys outside. There are so many things that make this childcare center horrible! This place should be shut down. Please do not send your child here.
First thing I did was kick myself for not reviewing this website before ever enrolling my kid here. One look at the inspection/report history listed above should be enough to make a decision. Multiple reports of inimum staff:child ratio in the space of 3 months, cruel, aversive, frightening, humiliating actions, potential source of harm on premises, hand washing when diapering, etc, etc. What more do you need to know to scare you and your family aware from this hell of a place. The important question is why is allowed to operate in the first place!
It's criminal what these guys are doing.
At first I loved this center but I was just not experienced in what a quality child care is at the time. I have had nothing but issues with them when it comes to common sense. Yesterday they walked away from not only my child but 2 others that were in a swing outside(where you are supposed to be 9 months to be in). Since I have been bringing up issues the Lead teacher will no longer have a conversation with me and has the assitant teacher do it all. My son will not be going here anymore. SOme of the teachers in other rooms are great and so are the assitant teachers. They do not encourage your infant to the next mile stone. They didn't even know my son knew how to roll over until he was there for three weeks and I had put him down so they could see that he knew how to. If you want a quality child care for your infant please go somewhere else. I have only had my son in here for 4 weeks now and I have a list of things that they do wrong.
