Definitely don’t recommend! My children were there for almost a year and have had problems from the beginning. I got emails demanding things or my children couldn’t attend until they did (stuff that was not necessary), was told by the director that she was “exhausted” from dealing with all my crap. I had to fix my bill each and every billing cycle as it was wrong and they had a color coordinated schedule for the entire summer, charged $25 for a pack of wipes for my daughter as the director didn’t email and I asked to be emailed about things needed as I couldn’t pick up my children due to work schedule and never was. My infant ran out of formula twice because they didn’t tell me that she was out and always brought in 2 cans and said to tell me when they opened the last can (the opener was an infant teacher!) I bought my daughter brand new shoes that she loved and she wore them 3 days before they were taken by a parent and no one cared to do anything about it considering there is a rule that shoes are to be worn at all times and there were many occasions in which she was picked up without shoes or told her didn’t have any when she was brought it! (I would NEVER drop off my children without shoes!) They also put a new rule into effect that for children to be given Tylenol there has to be a doctor’s note brought in or faxed EACH WEEK because their staff “weren’t comfortable” given medication based on the first doctors note (a chart for each age/weight and also on the medication slip that was brought in and signed by myself each week! (not a licensing rule) I was told that this was based on the staff not trusting parents on the correct dosage that they write on their medication slips and were afraid of overdosing children! The list goes on and on. My family also went through a very tragic experience that affecting my children significantly and they treated me and my girls horribly. Also the opening teacher never opened the door on time everyday there were days where my children and I stood outside the door for 2 or 3 minutes after 5 before they would come open the door and were hardly ever greeted or acknowledged by staff.
