Plan: To whom this concerns.... For the plan of correction has to involve more the just myself it way a learning part in our early childhood lives with me owning and operating the childcare but for my kids as will. I had to sit down my kids and we talked about every action has a consequence and for young kid see then be bad and there not allowed to come in the daycare and do anything that there not allowed to do so that there is no yelling at each other not even if it is just them. For example I will not spank, yell, threaten, pull hair etc. Even if it is my own kids there the only one at daycare it is a place of work and kids must fill safe in their place, they go to. |
