I have used this provider for more than 6 months
A+. Miss Sharon oversees everything and treats every kid like their own. You can tell the employees are generally happy to work there and morale is high. It's a smaller school with limited capacity but we couldn't be happier :)
I had a terrible experience when I called this school to ask about open spots. The director picked up the line and before asking me any questions or letting me speak said, "We have no openings." I explained that my baby wasn't born yet and asked about July and she again said no and that there was a two year waiting list. I told her that a friend has a child that goes to the school and this friend asked an employee two days earlier and that employee said there would be openings in the summer. The director quickly said no again.
Long story ahort, I'm not upset about there not being openings or there being a waiting list, I'm upset at how I was spoken to and treated. This women didn't know anything about my child or timeline or situation. She was rude and very off-putting.
All businesses should practice exceptional customer service and I guess this school needs to learn that.
I can't judge what the actual childcare is like, but I do know that the character of the people in charge was enough to make me not interested in this school anymore and share this story for anyone going through the process of finding a daycare
