the owner is you and has a smart mouth. she runs a substandard facility but does have a few wonderful employees. she has a high turn over and will hire anyone that passes the background check. she does not know how to communicate and she makes you regret ever meeting her. the house she uses is old and has alot of child proofing issues. it is ok to send your kids here if they can talk and share with you what happens to them. younger kids will not adjust well, partly because she employs untrained college students who do not really like kids. You get alot of "we are doing the best we can" comments from them. Just beware, they have high turnover here for a reason. they have vacancies because families leave once their true colors SHINE!!!
