I am an employee
I am a former employee of this facility. Let me start by saying I never had experience in a classroom before working here and my resume has indicated that. At orientation, Ms. Allison and Ms. Lesa would promise help when they are radioed into a room no matter what. There was also alot that was went over in the orientation that changed when in the classroom and alot that wasn't went over that was important information. I was promised help when they were radioed in yet when I was the one calling them for back up it would take them 20-30 minutes to come to the classroom and there was no back up what so ever and the lead teacher was always 15 minutes late getting back from her break. Mind you I barely called for help. Then when I announced to them that I was pregnant with my third child they offered me extra time in the mornings if I needed it. Just because I don't have morning sickness doesn't mean I wouldn't need that but I never asked for it they offered meanwhile they were counting the times I needed more time against me. Ms. Allison would talk about my pregnancy brain like I couldn't do the job because I was pregnant and she'd say unprofessional demeaning remarks about my job performance. I got written up for getting locked out of the building during my break which caused me to be 15 minutes late. Had I not been locked out or if someone communicated to everyone on what to do when you're locked out I would have been 5 minutes late. They would say I'm doing well and then decide to hit me with 3 write ups in one week and I should have quit right then and there but didn't cause I was the breadwinner who not only was putting up with their "Christian" bull crap but also my Husband's while tending to two kids, while doing Uber Eats full time after work as well, doing the house chores and dealing with all that pregnanCy has to offer. So, I really didn't need them to add on to the stress that I already had going on that they knew alittle bit about but still decided to do what they did. Point of this review is to say you wanna be a Christian act like it. That's the bottom line. Right now yall are just church goers who don't know a lick about grace or love. But yall play like you do.
