Disgusted my daughter went there for 2 day’s and was picked up on tte 3rd day after 2 hours I’ve made a review here because after reading a response what the owner made to my daughters father on a review lieing on the Jupiter police department saying that they escorted me off the premises which was a lie I went into the school took my daughter by the hand sat in my Van called Jupiter police department and had officer Lewis contact DCF who I met with before they made Contact with the school I have proof Via text from my daughters teacher reguarding disturbing thing’s that happened at that school I will be dealing with all of this accordingly the owner posted false details trying to may me look like the aggressor lieing saying my services were terminated I will provide everyone with the case number showing that I called the cops to report them that I reported to DCF I have local police officers who know me personally in Jupiter and tequesta teachers who can speak on my behalf and my children’s pediatrician who will speak for me to say that I’m an amazing mother ELC has never gotten any bad reports on me they told me yesterday I have nothing to worry about same as the officer who told me they never made an incident report against me that they were called on my behalf and provided me with this case number which is available to the public#21-00-3806 instead of the owner making her daycare a better place she covers for the unprofessional that work there who we trusted our kid’s with before I took further action I was denied her contact info she was vacation I was told which in this case was irrelevant disgusted check on your kid’s talk to them after leaving there if they attend especially infants who can’t speak and for toddlers
I am so lucky to have this facility available for my granddaughter. They have a wonderful, warm caring feel about them, from staff to looks. I thank them for caring for my granddaughter as much as i do.
I lasted 2 weeks here. I felt my son was being neglected for the following reasons. For 5 days in a row, I picked up my son with either snot caked and dried all over his face and poop caked and dry in his diaper. My mother dropped off lunch one day to find that she found him playing by himself in a corner of the room completely unattended with no other kids around and the door open. The last day I picked him up from school I went to his classroom to find no one there. However, I must have passed him in another room because when I turned back around he came running around the corner to greet me. With no teacher running behind him to stop him from running off. Actually, as I was walking out, I did not see a group of kids or teacher anywhere in sight. So how is it possible that he could see me if it wasn't from a place where he was alone. I did speak with the owner about it. She assured me that my child was not being neglected. I'm sorry but the above reasons are signs of neglect. Would never ever recommend.
I know exactly who the above Dave is and who his children were! They were horrible mannered children with absolutely NO respect for adults! The girl, in particular, would hit, scratch, kick and bite the staff while screaming profanities! Innocent children had to witness teachers running around the school trying to find her because she would literally run away and "hide" and when she was found, she would abuse those poor teachers!! Parents witnessed staff trying to hold this child still while she lashed out repeatedly as management desperately tried to contact mom or dad. They were always told mom was either sleeping or at the gym and it would take HOURS for someone to come pick her up. As a parent, I don't understand why the director didn't kick this family out. And yes, she is the same way in elementary school, from what I hear.
Other than this, our experience with First Class has been very positive and loving.
Where do I even begin, this place is ridiculous. First off, the owner is the most uncaring woman I've ever met. She's in it for the money and nothing else. She's never there, never returns calls, or concerns. She's very stand-offish, and doesn't interact with the parents! My son was in the one year old classroom, which i loved for awhile. If it wasn't for the staff, I would have left sooner than I did. They staff are great, very friendly, and always do a great job. The facility it self is okay, but the cleanliness I'm not so sure about. My son was always comming home sick, or I would get a phone call from work that I have to pick him up. The owner's mother is worse, shes the rudest woman I've met in a long time. Lots of old, broken toys, very into making the front looking well, but classrooms and actual quality of the children's toys and equipment, is terrible. I've taken my son out due to over 25 one year olds being the the same small room! it was a mad house!!!
My children attended FCC since 2008 and during the earlier years (1-3 Year old rooms) the did a fine job. Staff was friendly and cared for my children. Years 4 and above my children were constantly being taken to Urgent care or the hospital due to injuries incurred from "accidents". Both my of my children experience broken bones and one was bullied to the exent that he had to be taken to the ER. I'm not sure how he was tortured to that extent without an adult noticing but it was sign of no supervision. I felt my children were left to the wolves and were not monitored or protected from other bigger kids.
I would NEVER send my kids there. The owner is dishonest and not trustworthy. She has no business running a daycare...and teaching kids...She is NEVER there. She NEVER returns phones calls or emails...Do NOT send your kids here...there are plenty of other choices in the Jupiter area.
