Too much toxic drama when I worked there and management doesn't care about you as picks favoritism over others. They blame you when things are not true! I would differently run far away from this place and find your child a better environment for sure or work environment. The employees steal each other job positions and they do not care about you as accuse you of abuse or not being professional when you have a degree in early education unlike the others that do not. They pay people like crap and director excuses people way to much and talk behind your back a lot. She has no business being in a childcare business and made lots of comments that she is only their to have a place for her to get free childcare. She does not care about the employees or parents! Her other family member is a director at another center, which is not right. Too many family members getting away with working with each other and talking crap about everyone
This place was so horrible and toxic. The director needs to be fired and some of the employees. The ran out the great employees with ever excuse in the book. They have to much family working with each other and they all gain up on you as lie to parents and back stab employees if they do not like you. Some employees do things and get away with it. They lie to the parents and do not show them camera system of rooms as say they were hacked in. Very sad place! A lot of the girls do not have no education degrees!
SUNSET HILLS LOCATION:
We signed paperwork/sent in deposit in January for our infant to attend faith academy starting October 1st. We were assured that we had a spot and everything would be just fine. We have been registered for our start date for 10 Months!
We confirmed and sent in additional paperwork when our Son was born in June. We received an email today that they are full, we are on a wait list, and will not accommodate our Son. HORRIBLE/NEGLIGENT ADMINISTRATION and FLAT OUT LIES. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR CHILDCARE
