The other items on the playground needed to be corrected: (1) the doors to the shed were missing (2) there were too many items in the fall zones around the swings for safe play; (3) there were adult shovels, hoes, etc. accessible to the children: (4) there were two lawn mowers accessible to the children; (5) were was debris that needed to be removed from the area; (6) were was a plastic tarp lying on the ground in the fenced-in space; (7) that was a twin size Little Tykes bed frame standing on end in the fenced-in space; (8) the fencing was in disrepair in one section; (9) the doors to the storage shed were missing.
