About the Provider

Description: Evangel Heights Christian Academy was founded in 1991. Sonshine Preschool began as a ministry of Evangel Heights Church in 1987 with the express purpose of promoting Christian education. After four years, the need was evident for Christian education to continue through elementary school. Kindergarten was the first class opened as Evangel Heights Christian Academy with a grade added each year until 2002-2003 when the high school was complete through 12th grade. Since that time, EHCA has grown and developed to accomodate our families and our growing student body. We have graduated 12 classes and are excited about the future development of EHCA. With new developments in our Athletic and Fine Arts Programs, as well as college and career planning and development programs, EHCA is poised to accomplish the purpose that God has called us to - to educate students to competently engage their world as authentic disciples of Jesus Christ.
