If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Alexis and Ms. Vivian (the owners daughter and mom) are not relieable nor professional. My son attended the daycare for all of two weeks. Due to the fact his dad and I coparent, he would only be there every other week. An incident happened and when it did they made it seem as if my two year old son did something to purposely harm another child. After all the are only two and three year old toddlers. Alexis explained to me that I needed to pick my son up immediately because of the incident which before she called I was already in route. Alexis could not provide me any documentation the day of the event. Any incident that takes place documentation of the incident is provided to both parties. She could not even show me a video of what happened to confirm that it was indeed my son that injured the other child. Alexis stated to me that "If I could not trust the word of her teachers than I shouldn't be there no way" Which was very unprofessional to say. My son is not completly verbal due to the fact that he was a late preemie so his speech was a bit delayed. I felt as if he was single out because of that because of the day before the incident she wanted to see if he was enrolled in speech therapy. I received a grant from the state to pay for the tuition of my son and they were paid in full for a month and a week worth of services. I am a single mom currently working in the ER and attending school for my degree. Alexis knew how hard I worked to get that grant awarded to my son I stayed in contact with her so he could attend their daycare which at the time I thought it was best fit for him. She even asked if I could share the information because it could help other single moms in need. I was charged for him the days he did not attend after she knew that he would only be coming every other week when he was with me. I lost out on money and not only that the amount they stated that they could return of the grant they did not. I spoke with Ms. Vivian now to today's date a MONTH and a week ago and she stated the funds had be sent back to the state. I checked with the worker every other day and she stated they have not given the funds back. I reached out finally again to ms. Vivian and repeated back to her what I had been told (this was a week ago) she stated that she would figure out what happened and give me a call by the end of the business day the next day which also never happened. This whole thing has caused me to miss work and my son not be able to attend a daycare and me miss class as well. They do not care of course because they received their money and it's not their problem. The amount of carelessness and disrespect is ridiculous. I will be reporting this company to the BBB ( Better Business Bureau ) as well.
