Description: El Cajon Wesleyan Preschool believes in using natural consequences, redirection, verbalization of emotions, and “time-outs†when discipline becomes necessary. We believe children mature and learn responsibility best when they are held accountable for their actions. We also believe discipline is most effective when there is an atmosphere of mutual respect and caring between the child and staff member. At no time will children receive physical punishment, be shamed or humiliated, or frightened by any staff member or volunteer in our school.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues.
