The staff member was observed throwing away children’s snack foods when the children failed to wash their hands before sitting at the table or when they made a mess of some of their lunch food. Ensure positive behavior management techniques are used at all times and that children are not handled roughly or spoken to rudely or disrespectfully. The center owner has reviewed the licensing regulations regarding prohibited acts with all staff and had them sign off on the review.
