I am very disappointed in my experience at Eden Bilingual. Over the past few weeks there has been a lot of miscommunications issues with owner Leysi. Staff took good care of my child but that is not the reason for this review.
My daughter is a preemie that was born two months early, and she was experiencing some issues getting acclimated with the daycare. That was her first time being at a daycare facility. Eden did help me get connected with Early on program, but the problems began more and more from there. They constantly would have me keep the baby at home because apparently, she was “sick”, in the short amount of time she attended, they made me take my daughter to the doctor a total 4 times when I mentioned to them multiple times that she wasn't sick, she has asthma. I couldn't keep missing work for any little thing.
One time they told me to keep my child at home because she was getting everyone sick and then come to find out it was another child that had Covid, and she wasn’t even sick at all. There was lot of blaming and pointing fingers and contradicting anything that I had to say. Early on program and her primary care doctor had stated multiple times that that my daughter is not harming anyone with the “behavior” and that it was normal thing for toddlers to do. This daycare still seemed to be constantly complaining about this. How is my kid going to know what Circle time is? When she's never experienced being in a daycare. She is one ... They would even tell me the parents were complaining about this “behavior” making me feel bad like my daughter was a problem. I didn’t know the parents were the ones attending the daycare, seriously... ? Even if the parents were complaining it wasn’t any of their business.
The owner Leysi ended up called me asking for the summaries of my Early on program visit. She was upset because early on wanted to stop by the daycare only once a month. Apparently, that was an issue for her. She asked for a meeting, but I had missed so much work because of this daycare, that I refused, I had requested to speak with them after work when I had to pick up my daughter. When I arrived at the daycare, they quickly gave me the baby with an attitude of here “Go home”. Once I arrived home, I found a letter stating that my daughter was being discharged from the daycare. I did not even get a chance to sit down and talk with the Director like adults do. They gave me a petty letter. They had the nerve to say in this letter that it was due to non-cooperative parent and provider “Early on” when in fact they just did not want to deal with my kid. Because she was different. This facility was very unprofessional on how they handled things regarding my child needing early intervention. They should all take a class on how to speak to people especially Leysi.
Ps. to Leysi , You are part of the Latino community, and I am disappointed that I was treated like that, because the communication came across as rude and unprofessional. Do better for when you do have another child enroll at your daycare with "behavior issues" or even health issues.
I know my child won't be the only one.
Mind blowing!
I thought by having my 2 kids enrolled in a large chain Corporation would be what my kids needed. Not at all. These Ladies KNOW CHILDCARE!
We have been enrolled since Jan 2019 and i must say. They have made update, accommodated my family through tough times and even donated to my family when we hit a rough patch. Leysi is spectacular and knows her Licensing rules. The rest if the staff are always upbeat and happy. That's a big part of a great work environment. The atmosphere is very light as music is play throughout the day and ALWAYS clean.
Please check these ladies out and enroll your kids in the BEST care your kids will EVER get!
Melissa is correct!!!

They work hard to create a family atmosphere full of love and diverse culture. We feel so lukcy to be a part of the Eden Family!!!
