I have used this provider for less than 6 months
The staff isn't friendly at all, on my son's first day, the assistant took some toys from him and walked away. She didn't redirect him, just left him there. The teacher Ms. Shannon has very bad hygiene and doesn't smile, the toddlers are mixed in with the infants and their room be a mess and smells horrible. None of the assistants smiled. I picked my son up and he was crying and walking around by himself, no one tried to console him. He saw me and walked out the room, they closed the door behind him and didn't say a word. I didn't feel secure with him being there and if I didn't feel sincerity, I'm sure my 2 year old didn't either. What a way to treat a child on their first day. I paid for the week, but only let him stay there 1 day. He never returned and I never received a phone call from the center to see if everything was ok. I made a bad decision going to this center!
