| Findings: First bedroom on left in hallway is used for napping, during today's inspection bottles of rubbing alcohol and hand sanitizer were within a child's reach. According to the provider, she is removing the bed and going to be using the room for storage of bulk items. Once the bed is removed she will organize the room and any cleaning product, rubbing alcohol etc, will be stored and out of the reach of children. Provider is to send in video of the room, to show that potentially hazardous items are out of the reach of children and to make sure with the storage of bulk items, the area will remain safe for children. | |||
