Filthy house. My children came home with bruises on multiple occasions and Diaper rashes. My 2 children were taken care of at this so called daycare for a year before I realized what was really going on behind closed doors and decided to quit my job and stay at home with them instead. At any given time there would be 20+ children in the house and Bobbie would outright tell you that she was over her capacity but she'd just flub the paperwork to help you out. Since Ramona is a small town and many parents have little to no options when it comes to childcare we have no choice but to deal with what is available. There are never enough helpers for the children in her daycare. I have shown up randomly and unannounced on more than one occasion to find my infant filthy in an extremely soiled diaper in a swing unattended behind the front door in a dark corner. While a "new helper" was in the next room with other children. And my older child was outside in the backyard unattended with other children playing near rusty yard equipment and a lawnmower and Bobbie was no where to be found. I could have been a stranger and just walked in and taken any child and walked away without anyone noticing. As soon as I realized what was going on I gave my notice and quit my job. Horrible experience my babies were traumatized by their experiences in this daycare. I have never had such a nightmare of an experience ever again at any other daycare.
