I am a neighbor to this school and from my rear yard can see into the schools play yard. I have noticed that at playtime children are able to scream incessantly. I have lived in my home for 6 months and work out of my house. In the beginning I was quite worried that the children were being hurt, but alas my peeking into the school yard just found 1 or 3 children being allowed to stand and scream at the top of their little lungs. Sometimes for up to 3 minutes... I wonder if their parent thought they were sick or hoarse after that episode. I would think that hearing that noise all day would make a teacher irritable or annoyed and the children would most likely have no benefit from that. I would not wish that in my household or to have my child subjected to the noise that is a DAILY OCCURENCE. If you are wanting to go to this school, perhaps show up at playtime or recess time and get a glimpse of what your child will be subjected to or possibly learn and bring home with them!!! Just an outside perspective as I have not had a child attend this school.
