The people who run this place are awful. At enrollment, you must sign a form (see photo) that authorizes them to take any past due amount out of your account without warning. We left the daycare in May of this year because we were very unhappy with their service overall and my kids hated going there (rude staff (except heather), rude “teachers” who only know how to negative command the children, questionable transportation for children and high rates, which were never explained to us). When we left, we left with a balance due. Yes we should have paid the balance but as I mentioned, we were not happy with their service, plus my children did not attend very much in the last month due to them hating the place, so we weren’t exactly in a hurry to pay them. We were actually going to pay our balance after the holidays to avoid potential collections. Well, on December 8th of this year (17 days before Christmas!) they charged almost $400 to our debit card (see photo) without warning, without so much as a simple phone call to let us know or to try to work it out. They also did it on a Saturday, knowing that we wouldn’t be able to do anything about it by the time it cleared on Monday. Mind you, this was at the beginning of the month when we had just made our mortgage payment and paid most other bills. This caused us to accrue 4 overdraft fees totaling $120. Right. Before. Christmas. When we called them about it, they let us know that by signing the aforementioned form, they had the right to take the money and that was that. So unethical! I understand it was money owed to them but why do it RIGHT before the holidays?! Needless to say, this has caused so much stress on top of an already stressful holiday season for our family. TO FAMILIES CURRENTLY ENROLLED: IF YOU LEAVE WITH A BALANCE DUE AND CAN’T PAY IT, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WITHOUT WARNING. I regret ever doing business with this daycare and I suggest you do not either.
