We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this facility as you can. Our first meeting with the director went excellent, or so we thought. We soon found out that she put on a front at that meeting and is NOTHING like how she presented herself. We were promised several things; however, every week rules/policies would suddenly change. Frustrating. They want every kid to be perfect and if they are not, they will let you know! Be prepared to be told one thing but experience another. Staffing is also extremely inconsistent. I never got to know the teachers because every week or two staff changed...which obviously shows a lot about the director. We were so happy and stress free once we were done at Discovery Days and our kid was too. I would rather quit my job than place kids in their care!!!
