Discovery Days Child Care

When I enrolled Willow in Discovery Days Childcare in Bulls Gap I checked the reviews first and found nothing. I took her out of that daycare this morning. Friday evening was the third time that she had come home with a red butt. I had complained and told the owner twice before about this and she assured me that she would talk to the workers and take care of it. The second time that it happened in told her that if it ever happened again I would remove my child. The third time happened Friday. When I told the owner why I was removing my child she became argumentative and tried to claim that Willow already had a red butt when she was dropped off Friday morning. I had already paid them for a week in advance which was required and when I asked to receive that money back she told me no because she required a week notice before the child could be removed. I told her that I shouldn't have to give a week notice when my child was not being taken care of and she still would not return my money. I would NOT recommend this daycare to any parent or caregiver.
