I have used this provider for less than 6 months
By far my worst daycare experience. I'm not one to write reviews usually ever but when it comes to child care this is important to me. The first red flags was the pickup times. Veronica was constantly pushing for early pickup. She'd go out of her way to message family members etc. She'd ask for a 430 pickup regularly. "Usually when I get off" This was a tremendous stress. The second thing is you provide your own snack and lunch. Very odd considering the price she's charging, and being that's its a child care. One more thing for me to worry about. Another thing it was never welcoming. Every time I arrived it was one of two things. You wait a few minutes outside with no cover,I was never invited inside once thats fine just a little odd. Or as I'm walking up to the house she escort my child outside like they've been watching. Just very odd. I never received any pictures or updates it was usually in and out. It felt more like a business than a daycare. And lastly she tried charging me an $150 extra per month or $1800 a year claiming my toddler has a learning disability. Now he's a toddler but for his age he's very smart. h
He can sing the abcs repeats whatever you say etc. This was the main reason I pulled my children out. She informed me I'd be billed more then pushed me to get my child a doctor written note. His doctor said he's right on track. Veronica kept pushing to charge me more she wanted a professional opinion after her own diagnosis. To me it felt very greedy. She verbalize saying she thinks my child has autism. After I left she's been pushing for that extra fee. His new daycare "kindercare" is aware of the situation. They send me daily updates pictures and videos. They say he's doing Great! Singing along playing with other kids. They actually feed the children it's great. It's what made me realize they type of person Veronica is. Very greedy I do not recommend. She'll be nice but she's very pushy. Forgot to mention her phone doesn't recieve text only calls. So don't expect to communicate aside from that.
