Your child's safety and happiness should be your top priority when selecting a daycare. My daughter has been going to Creme at Sugarloaf for about 5 months. Overall, I am satisfied. It is a clean, fun environment with plenty of stimulation. The teachers are nice but I do question their credentials. For the money, I think we all expect Mary Poppins. That isn't going to happen so slightly lower your expectations. At the end of the day, I want to pick up a happy and fed little girl. She seems to like her teachers and her classmates. The director has an important role and it must be tough to be her. She has to protect the name and integrity of the school. So, she may rub some (including me at times) the wrong way. She does care about the kids and truly caring for my daughter's health and safety is critical. I get annoyed at times but I pick my battles. I'm a mom and all of us moms believe only we could offer the best nurturing environment to our children. Be reasonable about it. It's daycare. Stay involved, ask questions and engage with the teachers.
