This is the most unprofessional daycare I’ve ever seen in my life. My children went to this daycare for 2 years. Everytime they got hurt which was all the time I never received an incident report, never received any paper telling me how much my baby ate or when his diaper was changed, extra sets of clothes that I provided in cases of accidents always disappeared, i never received any professional phone call by the director I was always messaged on social media, any of my concerns were swept under the rug and I also received screenshots of messages of one of the teachers telling another to “put a pillow over his face and he’ll quit crying” and when I spoke to the owner about this, she said they were “joking.”
