Description: Today's children are tomorrow's leaders. The majority of leaders today in America are products of secular education. The economic, moral, judicial, and political condition we have in our country shows that, at present, we do not have leaders with answers to solving today's problems. We at Covenant Christian Academy are committed to educating and training a new breed of leaders, those who can think, plan strategies, and work into our country and its cultures the necessary changes that will work and bring about a healthy and stable society.

I wish you could provide a zero start rating. There is a reason this place does not have a waitlist. Only use this place if it is your absolute last resort and you want your child to come home with injuries. They should pay YOU for "watching" your child, not you pay them. This place needs to be shut down for child neglect.
Our daughter attended from 6 months until 2 years. But when she as moved up to the twos, and even into the three year old room early was when the safety of our daughter was put at risk. She was bitten over 15 times in the 2/3 year old rooms during the past year. Mind you, its 6 kids per teacher for the room she was assigned. If it happened when they merged kids together at the end of the day, their response to the issues was to put our daughter in the office away from all her friends for the last 1.5-2 hours of the day until I picked her up. She as the victim yet she as the one being punished! The week before we pulled her out, she had a huge cut and bump on her forehead. She was sitting in the teacher's chair and another child dumped her over so he could sit in the chair. Why kids are in the teachers chair, behind the desk, was never answered other than my assumption the teacher couldn't manage watching 6 kids in her classroom. Our final week here, she was bitten three times within 48 hours. The Pastor and directors Jackie and Christa said "kids will be kids." I'm not talking about just a bite mark - I'm talking where skin was broken, blood drawn and you could still see the teeth marks for up to a week after the incident. We were told every single time she was bitten that it was a different child but no child was ever expelled (their handbook stated if your child bites 3 times you are expelled from them). Please know, it's 6 kids per "teacher." How children could bite that much was alarming and child neglect. DSS filed this as lack of supervision on high alert. We pulled her out immediately and were followed by several more parents who had supervision issues, including one parent who watched a "teacher" sitting on the picnic table outside in the playground area playing on her phone and kept pulling/throwing down the child back into time out too roughly.
The playground has had repeated violation issues with DSS. The roof leaks constantly and the floors are absolutely disgusting. When our daughter was crawling, we had to ask the directors repeatedly to have the floor cleaned by the cleaning crew because her white socks and leggings would be BLACK when I would pick her up every day.
The center is not a childcare center but a babysitting service. I didn't realize the difference until our daughter was enrolled here. They believe in letting the television watch your child while most of the teachers sit on their desk playing on their phones. My daughter was singing cartoon theme songs she never even once watched at home.
In the 1 year old room the teacher actually had her certification for early childhood and knew what she was doing. This was the only time our daughter didn't have an injury and was actually learning something proactive. Wish I could say the same for the other teachers. Another parent shared that one classroom teacher in particular made vulgar Facebook posts regarding violence towards children and parents that was reported to DSS. Her page was public so anyone could view this. This was by the director's (Jackie's) own daughter who is still a current employee. The Pastor was also contacted regarding the issue but nothing was ever done except the concerned parent was deleted from that teacher and director's Facebook pages. To call themselves a Christian Childcare Center is an absolute joke. Only send your child here if you want him/her neglected and harmed.
