I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I started my 5mo old daughter there last week (part time) and we had a horrible experience. We are first time parents and did not know how pick ups worked. I dropped her off and my fiancé picked her up. Got her home and we’re missing various items. Went in the next day to retrieve the missing items and I was not talked to not professionally. My daughter came home I’m dirty clothes the previous day and I was then asked if they wanted her changed when she spits up (which she drools a lot due to teething). I also requested no posting photos of my daughter on Facebook and they did anyways and when I approached the director about it through email, I never received an apology. When my fiancé went to pick up my daughter there was an older child rocking in a chair, dangling her feet over my daughter, who was on the floor on a boppy sleeping. After all of the missing items, we ended up putting our two week notice in (after day two). When I emailed the director to tell her that we put our two week notice in, she acknowledged how it wasn’t working out with all of the missing items and suggested we get a nanny. I left work and grabbed my daughter from daycare. This is a very unprofessional daycare, you write down information about your kid and it is not communicated to the staff.  For first time parents, we were not informed on how drop offs/ pickups worked. I do not recommend this place.
