I am an employee

First off I would like to State I adored my class....Demi , Walker , Matteo , Edison ???? I’ve worked in the industry prior , have several certificates and a college degree. I was completely stunned by an employee, Tiffany. There was great concern on my part pertaining to every other Friday which I was never informed about. There is a teacher which is off every other Friday & several of her children were placed in my class putting it over the N J state ratio which is 4 Babies to 1 adult. Tiffany proceeded to speak harshly to me with annoyance stating she would not be “ Carry “ Ms. Shelian an longer & leaving. Upon coming home , I texted Ms. Shelian mainly about my ratio concern. Well , when I returned to work , ( wasn’t there 5 Minutes ) Tiffany abruptly left her alone her class , came in my class with an outrageous and unprofessional attitude, name calling and yelling. She called me a racist and an alcoholic which everyone can vouche that is completely false. I immediately texted Ms. Shelian who was downstairs. She came upstairs and Tiffany was still harassing me without me even being able to complete a full sentence! Mind you , this continued with all the children in very close range. Ms. Shelian did absolutely nothing.....I was extremely taken back by such a hostile work environment. Tiffany also got in my face and continued to call me racist which is very contradictory considering I was the only white person. If I were racist , why would I accept a job being a minority. Parents must be aware that Tiffany has severe displaced aggression. I never disrespected her in any way whatsoever. An hour or so passed and I let her know my intentions of how to handle this since nothing was done by Ms. Shelian and AGAIN , the screaming and name calling like a lunatic with the children in close range. Tiffany also left her classroom often when the children were in the room which I never witnessed either in 7 years. Parents need to be aware of 1. Ratio is 1 adult to 4 babies & 2. Tiffany is very unstable to react that way near children. I was beyound upset & in tears after I left. This , sadly is not only a very unprofessional environment, it simply does not abide by state laws and respect a healthy , normal work environment. The center & Tiffany have been reported to the appropriate people. Also , once again , I adored my four babies.....but the hostility and lunatic behavior of Tiffany made it impossible to tolerate.
