I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism and quality of care of this facility. The owner is extremely unorganized. She loses track of time, loses paperwork, and does not document incidents that occur with your child under her care. She often leaves the children with her husband or mother while running errands and does not provide contact information in the event that parents need to get in touch with their children. There was one incident when my child came home with a large welt on her forehead, after which she haphazardly told me that my daughter fell, but she did not cry. This incident was undocumented. After addressing my concerns with her, and giving my 4 week's notice, she abruptly expelled my daughter as an emotional, retaliative reaction. Tuition is extremely expensive, and you WILL NOT get your money's worth.
