I had my son at Circle of friends for about 3 years 1/2. I can not say enough good things about Simon and Mrs.Jas. I have seen them go above and beyond for many parents including for me and my son. There where parents that I seen ask for xtra Snacks to send home with their child because they where on low income and not sure what there home situation was and I seen Mrs. Jas make sure that child had a snack to go home with EVEN though that was not her responsbility. She hadconcern for any child that she knew that where not in the best situation. There where people I knew that would leave without paying. I Just witnessed alot of parents taking advantage of this daycare for there kindness and because they had such big hearts for these children. When I see Random negative reviews it upsets me.
I would recommnend anyone to have their child enrolled at Circle of Friends.
My child is now 8 yrs old and was with them since a little over a year old. My son adores them and still speaks of them now till this day!
My son attended this preschool a few years ago. He loved going to school! Jas,simon,tiffany and amanda were so attentive to our needs and my son flourished with the excellent one on one tutoring they provided. I recommend this school to anyone who wants a caring and professional environment for their children.
This is in response to the previous review by Keri and Ronald, who call themselves Highly Unsatisfied, and concerns their review about Circle of Friends Child Care Center.
My name is Simon, my wife and I own Circle of Friends Child Care Center. This is where Keri and Ronald's daughter attended before they ran off while still owing us for her outstanding tuition fees.
When we wrote to them asking for payment on what we were owed they started making threatening phone calls to us in which they stated that they were not going to pay us anything at all and that if we pursued them for payment then they would do everything they possibly could to get us closed down. I don't think that anyone could say that writing to Keri and Ronald asking for payment which is rightly due to us is threatening them or being unprofessional. When they continued making threatening phone calls to us we then had no choice but to report their actions to the Sheriff's Department. Then Keri and Ronald started a malicious hate campaign against us online by knowingly posting false allegations all over the internet against us and so clearly trying to turn people against us with their false reviews. Some of the publishers we contacted complied with our request asking them to remove Keri and Ronald's false reviews. We then had to hire an attorney to represent us who then wrote to Keri and Ronald asking them to remove their knowingly false reviews against us. Keri and Ronald then replaced some of their original reviews with toned down versions which still contained knowingly false allegations against us and many of these false reviews still remain in circulation.
Obviously, the reason why they targeted me in particular with their false allegations is because I was the one who wrote to them several times, after they had ran away, asking them for payment regarding their outstanding tuition fees and also because I had to talk to them both many times concerning their late payments, late pick-ups and not sticking to their agreed upon three day part-time schedule for their daughter but instead just showing up whenever they felt like it. Their daughter always appeared to be very happy at our center, so much so that it usually took Keri or Ronald about fifteen to twenty minutes each time they came to pick her up to try to get her to leave with them and in fact a lot of the time they had to pick her up and carry her out.
Many people have visited our center over the years and they have nearly always commented on the cleanliness of our center and on how happy our children are. Also, nobody has ever said that there was a strong smell of bleach at our center since there has never been one in the first place.
We had to file a claim in the Small claims court for what we were owed by Keri and Ron. When we went to court the judge reviewed all of the evidence carefully and agreed that we had only charged Keri and Ron strictly according to our tuition policy and their contract with us and so he awarded us judgment for the full amount we had claimed. As we expected Keri and Ronald did not appear for the court case, which just goes to show you how much truth there was in their false allegations against us.
As yet we have received no payment from either of them for the outstanding tuition fees we are owed.
After receiving threatening letters from both this unprofessional daycare and an attorney by the name of Brian Deamicus attorney at law. Apparently stating your gut feelings about a business in no longer freedom of speech. Regardless i will state the facts.
1: Simon gives me a feeling of distrust, this is my gut feeling and she be construed as nothing more.
2: My child was not receiving the attention I felt we were paying for. She did not want to go to this day care. In 1 month at her new daycare, she showed 10xs as much growth as she did in her time at this daycare.
3: Although according to the attorney that " No factual basis exists for my allegations that the center will be detrimental for children going here", My Observations were that my child was highly understimulated are again my own personal views, and I stand by them.
4: If you check out other preschools, The difference in cleanliness is apparent. The smell of bleach was so strong that it made my eyes water. This is a FACT, and one I stand by regardless of any threats made to sue me.
5: Although they might not physically steal money from my pocket directly. Charging me for an additional month after i took my child out, I agreed to pay for the time my child was there and Nothing more.....even after I informed them of my lack of satisfaction with the way they do things.
6: These are my heartfelt views on this matter, You may not experience the same concerns I have, but i felt that people should know what I experienced here. Lastly if I find out that Brian DeAmicis Attorney at law is inhibiting my 1st ammendment rights in any way, He should expect to see me in court soon enough.
