Plan: Every time the class transitions to a new location, the staff will count the children they have and how many they are suppose to have before they leave the classroom. When they arrive at their new location, they will count the group again. The staff will count children before leaving the destination and again when they arrive back in the classroom. The staff will continually scan the environment at all times and count children frequently. The staff involved in the incident will complete active supervision training again. The training will be completed before June 1st.
