Findings: 5 CSR 25-500.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers Violation: The premises were not safe and suitable as evidenced by there was a broken window in Preschool 1. The broken window left glass on the floor in the child care space. The window was broken by a tree that fell over in a storm. The tree also left some damage to the roof of the building above the classroom causing a water leak.
