Children's House Montessori

I wish i didnt even have to give it one star. This daycare is more like a concetratuon camp. It is a terranle place and the staff are very rude when and if they actually talk to you. They will tell you that they are understaffed and cant take take our children until they get more help than change theyre story next time you talk them. Than string you along for a month and never call. They have sent my kids home several times claiming they were sick when they were not sick at all. They will never let you do a walk through of their facility and when you come to pick up your children they will leave you in the lobby for 45 minutes and send you a nasty txt when you ring the bell a second time because they obviously forgot about. They also told us that if we send one of our children to headstart they wouldnt let him go to theyre daycare anymore. We put theyre wishes in front of my sons education and i have been regreting it ever since. I understand why theyre own staff dont bring theyre kids to that daycare, and i alsu understand why theyre staff are not allowed to talk about anything that goes on in the daycare outside of the building. I dont understand how they are able to keep the doors. They must have fottwn all of there certifications out of a cracker jax box. This comment will probebly be removed by them soon i just hope that it helps somone before its too late. I am 37 years old and have never wrote a bad review or a review at all on any business in my entire life. If a resteraunt messes up my order i wouldnt say anything about it. This place puts a new meanning to terrable service. I went out of my way to write this review. I really hope this helps. Thanks for reading
