This center is ran so backwards, it's all based upon who you are and who does or doesn't like you. The owner Liz treats her good employees horrible and then treats her other employees great (they call off all the time, dropped babies,etc) her assistant director is not professional at all what so ever. The children are not properly taken care of. I have never worked for a place that was so a** backwards. She will remain one star because that's all that center will produce! She needs a new assistant director and she needs to drug test her employees, instead of allowing them to get "high" on there break and then come back into work. She ignores stuff because she doesn't like confrontation But it's turning her center downhill. I loved the children their and I did my job every day no questions asked, but she allowed her other employees to disrespect me and I stood up to them and her!!!! Even when I worked there I would of never put my child in that center.
