Management are very RUDE and do not care for parents' needs. When you call for a complaint, they put you on hold for a long time to avoid conflict in hopes that parents will eventually hang up. They also talk about certain parents or children in front of other parents that are around. They always have outbreaks of Lice, Coxsockie, and other viruses being passed from classroom to classroom. It's absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. The staff are too busy on their cell phones and not paying attention to the children. This place has has so many issues but all they care about is ratio and not the wellness of the children. CPS or the anonymous justice center number should have already been called on this place and shut it down! Absolutely horrible
