Description: We are looking forward to an exciting and rewarding year together as we design a program for your individual child's needs and rate of development. Our goal is to serve the whole child as a part of the family, the extended community and as a Child of God. Parenting information will be offered periodically and you are encouraged to speak with the directors and teachers about your questions and/or concerns at any time. Originally established in the early 1970's, Central Early Childhood Center is a community outreach ministry of Central United Methodist Church. We are non-profit, non-sectarian and accept all children regardless of race, sex, creed or national origin. The needs of a handicapped child are considered on an individual basis. The Directors are responsible to the Child and Family Advisory Board, a governing board comprised of Church members, teachers, and parents. Central Early Childhood Center offers developmentally appropriate early childhood experiences for infants, toddlers, and preschool age children.
