Very poor on communication about the child and organization. It wasn't unusual for my child to come home in someone else cloths or dipper. You can tell at the end of the day she was extremely exhausted because of her age and trying to keep up the all the children. The thing I did enjoy about her is she did good projects with the all the kids like coloring, gluing, paint hand and foot posters, and working with stickers.
