| Findings: Supervision/Ratio Concerns. Provider was caring for 7 children. Three children were napping and four were playing in the next room. The children who were playing in the next room were within hearing distance but could not be adequately supervised because they could not be directly seen from where the provider was sitting. Because the playing children were not in sight of the provider at the time of the investigation, the complaint is substantiated. Resolution: Investigation was resolved on site when a second provider arrived and was able to assist with supervision. | |||
