Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) The applicant that was shadowing this day did not accept the job. Therefore there will be no paperwork going forward. The applicant works for another daycare and I was under the impression with the new "Daycare Cert. Sharing" email I had received the applicant was ok to come check out our daycare and see if it was a good fit. It was not, the applicant prefers having only one age group at a time. |

Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) I placed the baby in the swing when rater rang the doorbell and the baby immediately went to sleep as I opened the door and spoke to the rater. When I let her in she stated the baby is asleep I can not proceed with your visit. I explained she was just awake. The baby was in the swing less than a few minutes. I immediately picked up the baby and she was smiling and wide awake when I removed her. |
