Love Bundles of Joy and Ms. Kierra! I am extremely happy with the care she provides my child and glad there was opening.
I love this daycare and the owner. Kierra has been amazing and very professional. Highly recommend!
Seems to use Christianity as a cover.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the care my baby receives at Bundles. Kierra and her team are above and beyond wonderful. I was nervous about in home daycares due to prior issues with one that was very unkempt, but Kierra is very kind, professional and knowledgeable, and the daycare is warm, cozy and clean. I appreciate how informative and Kierra is and how understanding she is when circumstances arise, and we have had a very hard couple of months at home. She is very direct and by the book, as the wellbeing of all of the babies are of the upmost importance to her.My baby adores the Bundles team and we do too. We get to go to work knowing that our baby is in wonderful hands.
My son has been with Bundles of Joy for almost 6 months, he’s 2. What I appreciate the most about the environment is my son’s personal connection to Kierra. He really began to thrive with her support. I am confident that when I leave my son for the day, he will be safe, loved, encouraged, taught and most importantly fed and clean. She has a genuine passion for the well being of the children she cares for. All my questions/concerns/feedback is heard and discussed immediately, solutions are created as a team.
Kierra is highly unprofessional. My son has attended the home daycare for less than 2 weeks and has already gotten a terrible rash. I may add that he is 5 months old and he NEVER had a rash. On the first day of his care, November 28, when we arrived it was approximately 7:45 a.m. and Ms. Farquharson was still in her robe, with nothing beneath. On December 2, 2022, my sister went to drop off my son at his daycare around 7:35 a.m. When she arrived, Ms. Farqharson told her she was leaving the home daycare to go to Walmart, to which she had my sister take her. December 5, I had let the childcare provider know that my sister would be dropping my son off between the morning of her business hours 6:30- 7 am. December 6, at 6:01 am I text the daycare provider to let her know that my sister would be there at 6:30 when she opened. She did not respond to text or calls made to let her know that they were there . It wasn’t until 7 am when she opened the door letting my sister know that she was still asleep, leaving my sister to be knocking on her door in the cold rain with my son. Two hours after my son is in her care, she text me asking what time did I check him in and then asked me to change the time to a time my son was not there due to her still being asleep. The same day, my son came home with a rash. The next morning, December 7, I asked her about the rash and she stated she knew nothing of it. Later this evening I informed her I would not be taking him the next day, December 8, due to needing to take my son to the doctor because the rash has gotten so bad that my 5 month old son is bleeding. She then told me that she will be terminating service. I advised that it would be okay because I was already looking elsewhere. I would not recommend.
