2021-03-17 Facility Visit 300.304.4.Individuals who provide health services or program enrichment activities on a limited basis are not considered volunteers. The facility shall retain a register of such persons listing name, organization, address, telephone number, date, and time in the center. (Note: This section does not apply to therapists or others who have routine contact with children. Following receipt of the satisfactory result, this individual must be supervised at all times, pending completion of all of the required background check components, by a staff member who has successfully completed all required background checks. A National Sexual Offender Registry check will also be conducted on prospective employees.
