I have two childern at Brookfield and have loved most of my experiences. Unfortunately, a key member of the staff/faculty left recently, causing much of the organization, stability, and class procedures to decline. It seems that the staff is not being trained as well, which is causing the classes to be more chaotic. I have received more incident reports than ever before, both for my child doing something to another child and for a child doing something to my child. I have also noticed that the center is no longer following all of the state regulations. I'm not sure if they just need to review them or if this has become a regular occurrence since the staff member who basically managed the center left.
