I am currently employed by Brilliant Beginnings and have loads of experience working within multiple child cares in the Madison and surrounding areas. This has been one of the best environments I have worked in because all of the staff are close and make an effort to help one another out in the classrooms.
Out of the 13 staff, at least half of them have degrees in Education while everyone has related coursework and a lot of experience. I noticed in a review above that it was mentioned a lot of the staff are newly graduated from college. While there are 2 staff members who have just graduated with their teaching degrees from a four year university, we are happy to have their fresh ideas and impressive motivation!
I have yet to see any licensing violations...in fact, staff have been accruing quite a bit of overtime these days in order to keep the rooms within ratios! As the center continues to expand, we are always in the process of hiring new staff!
I am proud to be a BB employee!
