I am the owner
In response to the above anonymous reviewer, our facility did take appropriate action to resolve the biting issue that we had in our 1 year old room for a short time. Many times infants and young toddlers go through stages of biting, especially when teething. This specific parent may not have understand the developmental process of a very young child who is having this issue. We took the steps necessary for all children involved, and the issue was resolved shortly after this parents complaint. We would never put any of our children in harms way!
This is a terrible place. Our daughter was bitten here 8 times and they did absolutely nothing. The owner Trisha and director Karen do not care and refuse to follow the policy that we agreed to and was written by the owner. If you want your child to be safe look elsewhere!!
I love this daycare and preschool! Both of my kids go here and love it. The preschool really helps the kids learn. The staff are very caring about the kids. Meals are provided, which is great so I have one less thing to worry about in the morning. Their hours are awesome for working parents with odd schedules!
