If it were possible, I’d give it a 0/0. Multiple of my children went here, and they DONT care about your kids. Kids run around dirty, in other children’s clothes, constantly kids are sick and hand foot and mouth is very frequent there. Kids were displaying some bad behaviors, and walk into the center to pick them up and there’s kids climbing on everything. Running around with suckers, jumping on play sets, little supervision.
My daughter went to this daycare for about a month and in this time period they stole her clothes and lost her favorite stuffed animal and blanket. They also used over 200 of her wipes in less than a week and refused to pay me back. They used wipes on her that she is allergic to and there were mouse droppings in her wipes container. She got e.coli bacteria in her system when she was under their supervision. The last day she was there when I picked her up she had red marks the shape of an adult hand print on her back, butt and thighs. She had bruises on every last body part and had scratches all over her. If you truly love your child do not take them to Bright Minds, it is the worst thing you could do to your child.
One of the most loving decisions you can make for your child is to NOT take him/her to any of the Bright Minds locations!!! This business is poorly managed with absolutely no leadership! In one month, the 84th street location went through 4 toddler teachers! The infant teachers don't hold the babies when feeding them bottles and leave choking hazards on the floor where babies crawl. I walked in on two teachers complaining about a parent and they continued to do so even though I was in the room...super tacky! If you want your child to watch TV most of the day, eat snack on the floor, jam out to inappropriate music and run around with a snot-crusted nose, then by all means, take them here. They only do their shopping once a month, so if they run out of important staples (batteries, tissues, cleaners, fruit)tough luck! Your child is the one who will suffer the consequences of such a poorly run business...do your research!! Trust me, my 9 year old niece could do a better job taking care of my child!
