Classroom schedules were in the office and were returned to the classrooms and posted. A second set of laminated schedules has been made to keep in the office. Changes will be made on them if needed and then posted in the classrooms with the old schedule replaced. This will allow schedules to be kept in both the office and the classrooms.

When we send the parents health report reminders a month in advance we will also send a reminder about influenza vaccines.

During a file review, the director discovered staff #2's health assessment was out of date. The staff person was immediately removed and sent to have an updated health assessment completed. In the future staff health assessments will be tracked on the staff spreadsheet and staff will be notified 30 days in advance and followed up with weekly until a new health assessment is on file.

The staff member will then check off as complete on a chart. If a toy is in disrepair, the toy shall be brought to the office immediately so it can be properly disposed of or repaired. The STEM tables bolts were tightened on the day of inspection so that there are no longer pinching points. Monthly safety checklists will be enforced in every classroom. Every toy and storage material shall be checked for any pinching points and must be in good repair before the staff member checks that box as complete. If a toy or storage material is in disrepair, the item shall be brought to the office immediately so it can be properly disposed of or repaired.

Parents will sign off on a form to agree that information is correct on their child's financial agreement, as well as their emergency contact information. We renew all children's paperwork every August. Children starting at other times of the year will get onto the same schedule as the rest of the center to ensure we don't miss anyone.
