Plan: We made changes to the tod's room to eliminate the chance of them falling into shelves. I reviewed the handbook on reporting for my benefit. I will always notify my licensing worker of any injury requiring medical attention. I know better and will not make that mistake again. |

We will keep these attendance records for 12 months. We will message parents that they need to promptly check their child daily. We will maintain a paper sign in sheet as a second layer of attendance records. |
